Growing more and more into the artistic, creative world, I have a definite position I am really hoping to get a job for. It is to work as an art director. I really enjoy handy work like; painting, sketching, photography, videography, coming up with new ideas & concepts, graphics, layouts, and more. I now know that I am not very much like a person who would stay in one office table and work the whole 6-8 hours daily. I would go crazy and probably depressed. I would need to have a job that allows me to move around more and something more active. Well, not too active, but something that makes me invest my energy on. I imagine myself working in a wide naturally bright room with a huge table in the centre, looking at a blank sheet of paper trying to come up with some ideas, and/or putting together some images like making a mood board or something. Also, imagining myself working on my desk with sketching, editing photos, videos and so much more dynamic creative work. If this is too idealistic, I can always adapt with something more realistic, but I definitely know what I want and know what my passions are. This is important to me because I personally believe that a person has to love what they do in the job they work as, otherwise the work would not be pure and won’t have a soul in it and I don't see the point of that. Therefore, it is good to know what we are interested in and what we aren’t so that we can filter things out when searching for the job we are looking for.
