I Dream A Dream

A dream I dream is of a place to travel. A place where I can free my soul and take in some fresh clean air, treat myself with some delicious, tasty dishes, and of course, with someone special along side with me. Where? Where to start..

I know, I know it is such a long list. I am also in doubt that I could ever go to all of these listed cities/countries. I guess I have to manage myself to travel every year. But, I have such motivation to travel to each one of them. I want to experience each one deeply and thoroughly. Experience, discover and explore the people, culture, traditions, food and also the lifestyle and fashion. Due to this dream I have, it makes me wish to have a job that allows me to not just travel but also live in these countries. However, since I am currently just a bachelor almost graduating student, I have to start from zero. I am determined to work my way up and earn and save as much as I can so that I could be one step closer to this dream each day of my life. For sure, I would like to have a one permanent country I live in, but I think I would want to live in the country I am now as a base, which is Singapore. Why? Because I really think that the country is located close to almost many countries and I honestly have my complete freedom here as I feel utterly safe. Like, if I go back and live in my home country, I would not have the same convenience. Don’t give me wrong, I love Indonesia still. Anyways, it would really mean the world to me if I could have the job of my dreams and still be able to have this travel dream come true.

I have travelled with my family to Japan, Europe: Paris, Brussels, Rome, Monaco, Amsterdam, and, Australia: Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Tangalooma. But, we were always joining a tour group, which only gave us short peeks of each of these places. It was not travel to me. I did not really experience anything other than only taking pictures with the famous landmarks or sceneries of the country/city. The memories that sticks with me are only the pictures we took. While I want more than just that. More than just a picture for memory. I want to have the best time of my life in each of these countries and cities. Even if I have to go through bad times through out the journey, that’s okay, I am ready for it. Because I am very eager to experience this world and see beyond. I am curious of what is there out there in other parts of the world. What people are feeling and experiencing, how people’s lifestyles are, and more of course.

Additionally, my all time targets during travels are always to experience the nature and the country’s breath taking sights. I love beaches, mountains, country sides and urban. Honestly, I have not experienced country side life or scenery, which is why I am so curious to experience it. I would love to make new friends from all these countries and learn so much from them.

Now, the big question is, can all this come true? Will this dream ever come to my life?

I guess we’ll find out won’t we?
